Retreats and Classes for 2026

*3 spots left*  Usui Reiki Level I is an introduction to the gentle yet powerfully effective practice of Reiki, a Japanese energy healing art. 

This class will awaken your natural ability through the attunement process.  Participants will be trained in self healing techniques. 

Participants will learn self-healing and energy awareness. Hannah will also guide students to develop their perception of energy, cultivate presence, and deepen their relationship with their own physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. 

Hannah has over 20 years of teaching experience in other fields before founding Prana Wellness of Arkansas, LLC. 

*Class will be held the morning of March 29th, with REIKI II held in the afternoon.  Both classes can be complete in succession.  However, space is limited.  Future dates for Reiki II will be released later*

This session is full - it will be offered again in the Summer. 

Usui Reiki Level II is an intermediate level teaching in the gentle yet powerfully effective practice of Reiki, a Japanese energy healing art. This class will enhance your natural ability through the attunement process that was started in Reiki I. 

Participants will enhance their self-healing and energy awareness and gain practice in the healing of others. Hannah will also guide students to enhance their perception of energy, cultivate a healing environment for their clientele, and deepen their understanding of the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. 

Hannah has over 20 years of teaching experience in other fields before founding Prana Wellness of Arkansas, LLC. 

*Reiki I class will be offered in the morning on Mar 29 for students that want to learn both levels.  This requires a separate registration.
